NEW WOMEN’S FOOTBALL TEAM NEEDS YOU!
Teddington Athletic FC is starting a women's football team and we're looking for players
Are you aged 16 to 35 and keen to play football? Beginner, intermediate or total pro, this is a new team to really get stuck into. Socialise, learn new skills and most importantly – have fun!
TAFC has 45 teams in total, including 11 girls teams and two girls training squads spanning under-6 to under-16 age groups. We already have an adult men's team, so we would like to create a women's team for the local community too.
We plan to start training before Christmas and then arrange a few friendly small-sided matches this season. Then, if we have enough committed players, enter an 11-a-side team into a competitive league for the 2021-22 season. All training and home matches will be in the Teddington / Twickenham area.
